Service Policy

Service and customer relations are very important parts of any business. Amstel has earned an excellent reputation and prides itself on taking care of their customer’s needs from design, to supply, to long-term service. The key is to service your customer properly and they will keep coming back.

We hereby guarantee the products we manufacture and supply for a period of two years from date of invoice.

This guarantee covers failure due to faulty material or work-manship. The guarantee does not include cost of emergency service work, or after hour service. All related costs to the aforementioned, work caused by faulty installation not carried out by Amstel manufacturing, acts of misuse or acts of nature are the sole responsibility of the client.

This guarantee is further contingent upon the owners of the building maintaining the products in accordance with Amstel

Manufacturing’s recommended maintenance procedures. Failure to follow recommended procedures will void the guarantee.

This guarantee is null and void should the products or operating equipment be damaged or altered from their original condition, or should any work be carried out on these products, hardware or operating devices etc., by forces other than those approved in writing by Amstel Manufacturing.
